What types of Colorsun printers are available, and how do I choose?
We offer DTF, UV, UV DTF, DTG printers, and coffee printers.
DTF: Best for garment transfers with wide application. Including T-shirts, hoodies, canvas bags, denim, polyester, jerseys, cotton, linen, and more.
UV: Ideal for hard surfaces like phone cases, wood, acrylic, metal, glass, etc.
UV DTF: Works on curved or irregular shaped products..
DTG: Specially for direct-to-garment cotton printing.
Coffee Printer: Prints creative designs on coffee, milk tea, or desserts.

Are your printers difficult to use?
Our printers are user-friendly, with detailed manuals, video tutorials, and online tech support, so even beginners can start printing quickly.
How fast is the printing? Can it handle bulk orders?
Speeds vary by model. For example, a dual-head DTF printer can print 40–60 T-shirts per hour, perfect for small to medium-scale production.
What consumables do I need to buy?
Typical consumables include print heads,inks, DTF film, powder, coating liquid (for some UV materials), and cleaning solution. Colorsun provides a full range of compatible supplies for the best results.
How do I choose the right printer for my business?
Choose based on material type, printing volume, budget, and business type. We offer product comparison charts and online consultation to help customers decide.
What payment methods do you support?
We support credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other major international payment methods. Business clients may also apply for installment plans or credit terms.
Do I need extra software?
No. Our machines come with dedicated RIP software or RIIN software, allowing you to import designs directly and print with ease.
Will the prints fade or wash off?
Our printing solutions are highly durable. DTF and DTG prints withstand repeated washing and have a durability rating of 4-5. UV printed patterns are scratch-resistant and waterproof, with a 100-grid durability rating of 4-5. Supporting the white grid test, food printing is completely safe for consumption.

How often do I need to maintain the printer?
We recommend that you clean the print head every 1-2 days using software. Some models also have an automatic cleaning function. When the printer is not used for a long time, you can add print head moisturizing liquid to the ink pad to prevent the ink from drying out.
How long is the lifespan of your printers?
With proper use and regular maintenance, our printers typically last 5–8 years. Key components can be replaced to extend the machine’s lifespan.
Do I need special pretreatment for PET film or substrates?
Usually no. Most materials can be printed directly. For some UV surfaces like glass or metal, a coating liquid is recommended to enhance adhesion and durability.
How do the printers prevent printhead clogging?
Our self-developed CIMS Ink Management System integrates white ink stirring, circulation, filtration, and auto-cleaning, greatly reducing clogging and extending printhead life.
Where can I buy consumables for the printers?
We provide official consumables to ensure compatibility and print quality, with long-term supply. Customers may also use approved third-party consumables.
Is printing expensive? What’s the cost per item?
Printing is very cost-efficient. For example, a DTF T-shirt costs only $2–$4 in consumables, while the retail price can reach $25–$50, leaving you with a high profit margin.

What warranty and after-sales service do you provide?
All printers come with a 12-month warranty (excluding consumables) and lifetime technical support. We also have service partners in multiple regions for fast response.
What if the printer breaks down?

How is shipping and logistics handled?

How long will it take to receive my printer after purchase?
Most printers ship within 7–15 business days after order, depending on shipping method and destination.
